Honestly, I have no idea what that portal is. It isn't a flash portal, and I think that I have some control over it, but I still need to figure that out.

Admin Panel > Users & Groups > User options > Allow quick reply: Yes > click save
also where are the mod tools? I don't see anything different from before other than A red name.
